Something Can Go Here
Something Can go here
High Pines Outfitters was founded on friendship, camaraderie and a mutual love of the outdoors. The idea behind our brand started back in the early 1980s when Keith, Scott and their group of best friends grew closer and closer and started doing everything together. They went to school together, attended the same church, spent weekends on the lake, took skiing trips to the mountains, and started an annual beach trip to the Gulf Coast. The guys weren’t just friends, they were a family. They were in each other’s weddings and when they started their own families, the bond between them all only grew stronger.
The friends continued to travel together, hunt together, fish together, hike together and of course watch football games together. It became apparent that the majority of their activities centered around the outdoors. They had found their passion and they wanted to share that passion with their fellow outdoorsmen.
It all started to fall into place after Keith’s son Luke worked in a retail store during college and was inspired to start his own store after graduating. Scott’s work experience already included 20 plus years of brand management in the outdoor industry. So, after realizing a need in their hometown for quality men’s casual clothing, Scott suggested they open a store to fill that need. But good things take time. Scott, Luke, and Keith kicked around ideas for months and eventually High Pines Outfitters was born. We created this brand to fill a need for men’s clothing with a relaxed, casual feel that invites you to get outside and experience nature to the fullest.
