Items purchased under any sale including, but not limited to:  the Sidewalk Sale, Short and Swimsuit Sale, Teva and Vasque 30% off sale, etc:

  • You will be eligible to exchange item(s) for other products(s) in available in store and online

  • Original tags, attached

  • New, unworn, and unused conditions


Your returns checklist:

  • The original receipt (or your Loyalty Account), within 30 days of purchase

  • Original tags, attached

  • New, unworn, and unused conditions


Meet those criteria, and we'll give your money back in the original payment method.


But what if more than 30 days has passed since I bought it?


Let's say you have the original receipt, tags in place, and the garment in new, unworn condition. But ... it's been more than 30 days since you bought it. If it's within a year, we'll give you full value on the return in store credit — which NEVER expires.


Any exceptions in the return policy world?


Well, yes. But not many. Here's the list:

  • Final Sale Items

  • Underpants

  • Sunglasses without tags

  • Worn shoes or shoes without the original packaging


Exchanging bathing suits or swimwear? Please make sure it's unused, in new condition, and with tags and hygiene strips intact.


Items returned without both the original receipt AND in new, unused and unworn condition with tags will receive store credit for the current selling price.

What are Final Sale items?

They include items with lines through the tag or price listed online. Underwear, sunglasses without tags, worn shoes, or shoes without the original box. None of these items are returnable, so, FINAL SALE.


Returning items at the store

Come on in, but be sure you have:

  • The original receipt, within 30 days of purchase (Or if you checked out under your Loyalty Account, we can pull the receipt up that way)

  • Original tags, attached

  • New, unworn, and unused conditions


Can I bring an online purchase for return at the store?


Yep. Bring all the things listed above, PLUS the card you used to buy it. We’ll refund your funds right to the card.


I’m kind of busy for a store run …

No problem. Fill out the Return and Exchange form online. We’ll need (can you guess?):

  • The original receipt, within 30 days of purchase

  • Original tags, attached

  • New, unworn, and unused conditions 

NOTE: We will review the request and reach out with further instructions. Please make sure to put the original packing slip in the package. We can refund your card or give you store credit.
